All design requests sent on or before 10A.M (WAT) will be treated on the Sameday. Requests that are later than 10 A.M (WAT) may carry over to the next day.

All the design works we do have already been outlined. Any type of design work not mentioned on this website will not be covered under any of our plans. These include, but are not limited to: Complex multi-paged websites with more than 5 pages, Complex multipaged e-commerce websites with more than 8 pages, 3D modeling, CAD drawings, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging designs, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
There are no limits. You can make as many request in a day as possible. However, bear in mind that being a one-off plan, you would have to pay for every task or project to be completed.
There is no best plan. What you choose depends on the nature of your design request.

Yes, you will get a Telegram project channel (We love to call this “Project Board”) for your design request. We use this Telegram feature as a project board.
We use Telegram because chats and media files shared in the channel/group are forever available and accross multiple devices.
There are no limits. You can enque and prioritize as many design requests as possible using Listmoz (https://listmoz.com/), but you are only guaranteed one execution per day on the Pro plan and two executions per day on the Enterprise plan.

Each project will have its own “space” on Telegram. This can foster the collection of feedback and makes other forms of correspondence easier.
We have singled out the use of Telegram Channels as our project board mechanism due to the following reasons:
- Messages and attachments are forever available.
- Telegram is accessible from multiple devices.
- It is easily accessible and doesn’t have a steep learning curve like dedicated project management apps like Asana, Slack, and Trello.
Yes, there are two types of plans under the subscription model namely:
- Pro
- Enterprise
The major difference between the two subscription options is that the Enterprise plan supports two concurrent tasks/projects, whereas the Pro plan only supports one concurrent task or project.
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, changes to your plan will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
If you are subscribed under one of the two subscription plans, a special Telegram group would be created for you for recurring requests.
You can request designs by simply dropping instructions/brief in that Telegram group.
You can enque and order design briefs in order of priority with the help of Listmoz.
